I began my journey in early childhood education in 2006 and later earned a Master of Arts in Educational Management from NTU in 2022. Over the years, I have guided new principals and supported teacher development to promote children’s learning success. These experiences shaped my belief in nurturing relationships within the school community and with community partners.
At the heart of my philosophy is a “Culture of Care,” which emphasises building trusting relationships among community partners like Zero Waste SG, parents, staff, and children. Through collaboration, we have nurtured a compassionate and responsible generation by embedding sustainable practices in our school culture. In 2025, our commitment was recognised with the Yellow Flame Award from the Singapore Environmental Council.
