With over 10 years of teaching experience and 3 years as centre principal, I strongly believe in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and develop to their full potential. My belief also encompasses the idea that every child is unique and should be supported in their learning journey.
I lead my team with compassion, creativity and a commitment to nurturing young minds. We work closely with families and the wider community, cultivating an environment characterised by warmth, support and encouragement. In line with our centre’s mission, we also collaborate with senior care centres, nurturing compassion for the seniors among children.
I contribute to the growth and enhancement of educators’ skills and abilities by assisting in their professional growth and advancement through various means such as training, mentoring and providing resources for their development.
