In my role as Lead Centre Principal, I am committed to leading with purpose, professionalism, and care. A key milestone in my journey was receiving the Leading Foundation Teacher Award in 2017, which affirmed my dedication to teaching and leadership in early childhood education.

I enjoy interacting with children and supporting their growth during their formative years. I believe early childhood education is purposeful work that shapes children’s confidence, resilience, and love for learning. Each day, I strive to inspire my team to approach their roles with calmness, positivity, and empathy.

I believe every child is unique, and I advocate a hands-on, child-centric approach that nurtures autonomy and holistic development. Guided by the belief that it takes a village to raise a child, I work closely with educators, parents, and community partners to create a nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
