Led by Principal Agnes Ong

With 13 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about creating a nurturing and meaningful learning environment for young children. My journey with PCF Sparkletots began as an Assistant Teacher and progressed through roles as a Teacher, Senior Teacher, Vice-Principal, and now Centre Principal. I also hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

I believe that working with young children is both a privilege and a purposeful career. Their curiosity, laughter and unique ways of seeing the world inspire me each day. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with children and supporting them as they grow in confidence, independence and character.

As a leader, I believe in leading with heart, perseverance and humility. I encourage my team to approach each day with calmness, positivity and a willingness to learn, while supporting one another and always putting children first.

As Centre Principal, I look forward to strengthening our centre’s quality practices, empowering educators to grow as reflective practitioners and building strong partnerships with families and the community.

“With perseverance, humility and a heart for children, I hope to inspire my team to embrace every day with purpose, positivity and the courage to grow.”
