Over the last 12 years, I have led and supported various centres, educators and families, strengthening my commitment to providing quality early childhood education.
I enjoy interacting with children and believe that early childhood education is a meaningful and purposeful career. I value every opportunity to nurture children’s confidence, curiosity and love of learning. As a leader, I encourage my team to approach each day with calmness, positivity and care, creating a supportive environment where children and educators can thrive.
“Leading a preschool is about building a community where children are confident to learn, educators are inspired to grow, and families feel valued.”
