With 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have had the privilege of growing alongside children, educators and families throughout my journey. I joined PCF Sparkletots in 2016 and hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College-SEED Institute.

I believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where they feel valued, supported and confident to explore and learn. As a Centre Principal, I am passionate about developing a strong team culture built on trust, collaboration and continuous learning. I strive to inspire my team to approach each day with patience, positivity and purpose, knowing that our actions can make a lasting difference in a child’s life.

One of the achievements I value most is building meaningful partnerships with families and the wider community, as I believe these relationships are essential to supporting every child’s holistic development. Moving forward, I hope to continue nurturing a centre where children thrive, teachers grow professionally, and families feel a strong sense of belonging.

“Our greatest measure of success is not what we teach children today, but the confidence, curiosity and kindness they carry with them tomorrow.”
