With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and an Advanced Certificate in Early Years, I have dedicated my career to fostering children’s holistic development while supporting the professional growth of educators.
I believe that strong partnerships between schools and families are essential to creating positive learning experiences and meaningful outcomes for every child. Driven by a genuine love for children and the joy of witnessing their growth, I lead by example to foster a culture of calmness, positivity and collaboration, where children, families and educators feel valued and supported.
Over the years, I have led teams through the SPARK Accreditation journey, strengthening quality practices and building a strong, committed teaching team.
Looking ahead, I hope to strengthen partnerships with families and the community, support my team’s professional growth and continue creating an environment where children and educators feel valued and inspired.
“Every child deserves a nurturing and supportive environment where they feel valued, understood and empowered to grow.”
