Led by Principal Irene Chai
With 20 years of experience in the education sector, I have had the opportunity to grow through various teaching and leadership roles since joining PCF Sparkletots in 2010.
These experiences have shaped my approach to curriculum planning, teacher development, centre operations and partnerships with families and the wider community.
I believe every child deserves to feel valued, respected and supported as they learn and grow. As a Centre Principal, I hope to lead with positivity, trust and a reflective mindset, while working alongside my team to continuously strengthen our practices and create a nurturing environment where children, educators and families can grow together.
“What inspires me most is seeing children grow in confidence, discover their abilities and find joy in learning.”
