Led by Principal Kalaivani D/O Elangovan

I am an early childhood educator and leader with a Master of Education, specialising in Early Childhood Education, and extensive experience in the early childhood sector.

Throughout my career, I have led teams through the SPARK Accreditation journey, an experience that strengthened my commitment to enhancing teaching and learning practices, building team capabilities and creating quality learning environments where children can thrive.

I believe that children are not blank slates, but competent and capable learners with unique strengths, interests and potential. As a leader, I strive to guide and empower my team to recognise these strengths, nurture each child’s potential and bring out the very best in every child.

“Lead with purpose, nurture with heart, and create the environment for every child to thrive.”
