As Centre Principal, I bring over two decades of experience in early childhood education, supported by relevant professional qualifications and a strong commitment to leadership and service excellence. 

Throughout my career, I have focused on strengthening teaching practices, building collaborative teams, and creating high-quality learning environments that support children’s development. Being recognised with the Promising Leader Award 2024 has been a meaningful milestone, affirming my dedication to continuous growth and professional excellence.

I am deeply passionate about early childhood education and believe our role is both purposeful and impactful. We help shape children’s confidence, values, and lifelong love for learning. I encourage my team to approach each day with calmness and positivity, fostering a nurturing and respectful environment where every child feels safe and supported.

A key achievement has been building strong partnerships with educators, families, and the wider community to enrich learning experiences. Moving forward, I remain committed to strengthening quality standards through collaboration and active engagement to support every child’s holistic development.
