I have spent over 20 years in early childhood education, growing from classroom practice into centre leadership. Since joining PCF Sparkletots Preschool in 2022, I have led the Centre through key milestones, including the team’s achievement of SPARK certification in 2025.

I believe that culture shapes learning. At our Centre, we focus on meaningful experiences that connect children with the community and build strong partnerships with families. Guided by the belief that children learn more from what we are than what we teach, I lead my team by modelling respectful relationships, purposeful learning and strong collaboration with parents.
