I am a passionate early childhood leader with over 15 years of experience. I joined PCF Sparkletots Preschool with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching and continued my studies to a Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) in Early Childhood Care and Education – Second Class.

In 2014, I was awarded the ECDA Awards for Outstanding Early Childhood Teacher. In 2020, I participated and was shortlisted for Outstanding Preschool Mother Tongue Teacher Award. In 2023, my centre achieved SPARK accreditation, demonstrating my team’s commitment to preschool quality standards. As a centre leader, I strive to guide and inspire my team to continuously develop their skills and deliver high-quality education and care to young learners.

I am committed to leading and motivating my team to continually enhance their professional skills, ensuring the highest standards of education and care for young learners. In addition, we work closely with stake holders and community partners to foster strong, collaborative relationships that benefit the children and families we serve.
