With 30 years of experience in early childhood education, building trusting relationships with parents has remained an important part of my approach.
I believe that strong partnerships between educators and parents are essential in laying the foundation for a child’s lifetime of learning, behaviour and overall well-being. Working alongside parents, I am committed to ensuring our team of educators is equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide quality education and care for each child.
The team often works with community partners to create meaningful learning experiences that nurture children’s interests, values and connection with the wider community. We also provide opportunities for children to develop kindness, respect and empathy through our intergenerational programmes.
“We place great emphasis on building strong relationships with parents and the community, recognising that these connections are pivotal in nurturing children’s holistic development.”
