Led by Principal Siti Farida
I am an early childhood educator and leader with 16 years of experience, holding a Specialist Diploma in Leadership and an Advanced Certificate with Merit in Early Years.
Having been with PCF Sparkletots since 2010, I am passionate about nurturing young minds and creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, supported and inspired to learn. Close partnerships between families and educators play a vital role in supporting each child’s growth and development.
As a centre leader, my goal is to ensure that our centre provides quality education, meaningful learning experiences and a safe environment where every child can thrive.
Looking ahead, I look forward to working closely with our families and the community to support our children as they learn and grow.
“Your attitude shapes the way we learn, lead and grow.”
