PCF Sparkletots is Singapore’s largest preschool operator* and employer. We operate close to 350 preschools islandwide with an enrolment of over 40,000 children.

As a charitable organisation, we are committed to nurturing a multi-racial, fair, just, and inclusive society. Guided by this mission, we continually introduce initiatives to enhance the quality of preschool education. This includes offering diverse learning programmes, strengthening our curriculum and facilities, investing in the professional development of our educators, and advancing our digital capabilities.

Fees are kept affordable to ensure that every child can access quality preschool education.

*PCF Sparkletots Preschool Limited (PCFSP) has been appointed as an Anchor Operator (AOP) by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). Under the Anchor Operator scheme, PCFSP receives funding support to increase access to good quality and affordable early childhood care and education, especially for children from lower income or disadvantaged backgrounds.
